What is required to put a srt-4 instrument cluster into a 96 neon? I'm guessing they are not plug and play like the normal speedo is?

lol nice jeremy get em all excited then tear him down.. i have heard the you gotta have the pcm for it to work.. what im interested in is getting a custom guage cluster.. but not sure of the ease of getting one or the price of one
