Default transmission rebuild

how much would it cost to re-build one of our transmissions? the T-350. the transmission out of my green Neon has 247k on it and some of the syncro's are bad. i'm trying to figure out if buying another tranny or rebuilding this one would be cheaper.

all the gears are pressed in and a pita to get out, and if it is put back together wrong ur out all that money for parts and then hafta just get a new tranny anyways.
if it were up to me i would just rather spend about 200 on a yard tranny than to rebuild the one u have. but if you have all the tools needed to get it apart and back together than go for it! i payed a guy 100 bucks to take gears out of an old cracked case and put them in a goood case, and he f^cked up somewhere and when i put the tranny back in it shatterd. still havent gone to get my money back from him yet either
