so today i went to install my long tube header so i took off the heat shield and intake bracket and noticed that one of the heads were missing on one of the bolts. shold i just not worry about it and install the new header and just be missing a bolt or should i spray some good penetrating oil and break it loose with vice grips. but then i gotta go buy new bolts for the header and where would i get them?

 

is it in the middle of the head? how much of the bolt is hanging out

 

Just remove the bolt and go buy a new one from the parts store.

you dont want todevelop any leaks.

the parts stores dont kno what bolts they are they told me to bring one in to match one up with some they have

 

make sure you get the nuts with the metric threads thats exactly what i had to do i got them from the hardware store. also i had 4 bolts that were broken and surprisingly they were easy to get out with just the vice grips and no penertrating oil was needed
