not really, a muscle car much in the same sense that a body builder is muscular, is a car with a big gas sucking V8 that for all intents and purposes gives the casual observer the illusion that it is indeed a powerful and fast car. But much like body builders that take steriods to retain water to make themselves look really big and powerful... it doesnt always mean they are.
