how would u know
if a neon came with a Roof rack and it was removed, cause my roof is leaking in the front passenger side, into the headliner, and when i look at the roof "run off" on the left side, it's like pieced together...thx

thats kinda confusing but sounds like your going to have to take the headliner down ans see where the water is actualy comming from and maybe get a bead of sillicone in there

my neon has roof racks and if you took them off there would be 6 screw holes on the inside of the roof run off and the front holes are black plastic inserts tht the screw screws into lol shouldve never took em off who ever did

i actually think the roof racks look pretty neat on the neons....
on the car i used to have, i used the roof rack to haul a 6 foot tall 3 piece craftsman tool box and it worked great
