i used to have a body kit on my 1st r/t that originally came off of a 2003 cavalier....when i had to jack the car up, i used the scissor jack that comes with the car...jack it upa bit with that, then used a regular jack....same approach can be used with a lift
i work at farm and fleet, and when we get a car in thats lowered, or has a body kit on it that doesnt allow ample room, we have two 2x6's that we lay down and drive the car up on first. then there is plenty of room to swing the arms under.
i dont have a body kit on my car and i can get the damn thing on a low profile lift...i have to pick up ont the front fender on each side to get the front fork under it... kinda pain in the ***..... but is worth it when it comes to handling
