too bad you might not get the r/t and you arent going to neons2k8.....ive got a nice blue passenger door from my old 2-door r/t sitting in my moms basement...atleast i think it should still be there....

 

im really hopeing i get it so that i can have a sweet neon and not have an everyday neon.. whichi guess the neon is still the every day neon but its not often that you see nice neons around here were every part is a differant color or every part is falling off

 

I own a 99 R/T in that style you posted and I love it to death. My mom bought it in 99 with 13k miles, and 140k miles later, I bought it from her, and I still love it. It runs like a champ. Never had a check engine light once. I'll cry the day I have to sell it and finally get a brand new car. But if you do manage to get it, I think you'll be a very happy owner. It's little, it's fast (as fast as a 5spd neon can be ) , looks awesome, and gets GREAT gas mileage. 175k miles later i'm finally getting a new clutch, if that isn't great craftsmanship, I don't know what is haha.

 

when i get it im putting the stratus 2.4 in it so it should be way faster then the stock rt [8D]

once i fix it, what power do you think those motors have in a neon?

 

i think its going to be freeken SICK that torque is undeniable 165 lbs compaired the the 2.0 130 i mean i really dont know what to expect but i know its going to be way better and hopefully its going to be worth it i have about or even over $1000 into the engine already,, not including the price of the engien,, and i got all my parts from other users of the DF and ._Org

Go for the r/t... i would if i found one local and had the cash. That blue is a sick color. I'm looking into a dohc sport just cause it's what i can find and it's cheap.

 

right now its alll up to the Jy they are being dirt bags right now.. they were supppose to come to my house and look at my non running neon and figure out how much to give me for that then test drive my neon but they havent done anything yet
