I have the El gauges for my 98, they were a little bit of a pian to get on, but not that hard. You have to remove the gauge cluster and the plastic covering the cluster, then carefully slip the faces over the needles so not to break them. I had a little problem with the needles hanging up on the faces, but I used a little water souluble glue to stick them to the cluster and they were fine. To wire them, just wire them into your parking lights, that way they will go on and off correctly.

I have never seen red, but I got mine off Ebay for like $25. Just make sure that you get the right ones, I didn't have a tach in my cluster and that was a little harder to find, but they are all over Ebay and very easy to install. I can give you the person I bought from if you want, good shipping and product.
