Default for those with prothane suspension????

i gotta a slight problem getting the front control arm back in. the large bushing towards the rear of the control arm extend out to far to fit back in. wondering if anybody else had this issue and what they did to fix it? heres a picture of what i'm talking about. any ideas are greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

umm spray it with silicone protectant and smack it in with a rubber mallet

when i installed those bushings in my car, i used a big bar to bend out the slot in the cross member that the control arm slides into....then after a few heavy hits with a large hammer, they went right in
