The crank is the difference the srt-4 has a 32 tooth recluter wheel on the crank the neon has i belive 38... doesent work... period.. without the whole srt-4 block...

sorry man it will not work on a 2.0 or a non-srt 2.4, ie... stratus, cirrus, breeze motor... It will only work on teh srt-motor... and no you can not take the srt4 crank and put it in a non-srt 2.4...

I'm sorry...

There Is only 2 ways of doing it...

1) do a srt-4 motor swap with all the wiring and pcms' and skims

2) MS the car and hook everything up like that... only bad thing would be is that your gas gauge will read full when empty and empty when full...

hes dumb and his car is just broken, its bone stock

 

MS ing it would be the only way to make it work... and thats about 500 bucks give or take... fully assembled with all wiring and sensors...
