Default Highline or Sport?

Ok, so i was trying to decode the VIN the other day and the digit that determines the package, sport, highline, r/t, and stuff said my neon was a sport. only thing is, it doesn't have any of the sport features, like power door locks, windows, cruise, and stuff like that. From what i've read about the features of a highline, it should be a highline. any thoughts about that? kinda confusing.

and beforehand, yes the VIN is the correct VIN for the car, all numbers match, except for the door which was recently replaced due to an unfortunate smelting accident, "GOLD, I LOVE GOLD!" but really though my wife had a pretty bad accident that shoulda totalled it if we had had full coverage, but the frame, bumper and struts were absolutely fine.

every thing that you mentioned was "options" for either car... they could be added or deleted and the price adjusted for the addition or subtration of these options...

my 95 Highline and my 95 Sport have the exact same options. except the Sport has fogs and is an Auto and the Highline has cruise and the Sport does not. otherwise same car.

My `95 has one option on the window sticker: Flame Red Clear Coat $97 I think it may be the most stripped down Neon ever built.
