t3/t4 is a size of turbo now, not necessarily garrett (and i almost guarantee this isn't a garrett, real, brand new garrett's run 500-1000 by themselves)
plus, it has a tube and fin style intercooler, not the good bar and plate
tube and fin is cheaper, doesn't cool as well, doesn't flow as well

JackMehoffer69 well the ad says BRAND NEW 100% FRESH T3/T4 TURBO CHARGERBOOST CONTROLLER control boost pressure of your turbo kit -from 1-30 psi- adjust power at your finger tips Im shur the conrtollercan adjust "a turbo" to 30psi but you not getting it out of that little thing 
i do like the cast ironmanifold. intercooler and pipeing blows idk you get what you pay for dont want to knock it if i didnt have the 7k i have to build the motor and turbo i would get it.
gotta love lawyers they are shady ppl but they get u $$$$
