i am new to dodges and this forum. I recently bought a 1997 neon with a 2.0 dohc motor that has a bad head. i also bought a wrecked 2004 chrysler sebring that has 40,000miles on the 2.4. i was wondering if i could swap the engine and or the trans into the neon and what would be needed to do so. any help would surely be appreciated.

I will also be doing a very in depth how to here in about 2 weeks with lots and lots of pics... from taking the motor out to getting the 2.4 started...

would the original pcm and wiring from the neon work or should i adapt the 2.4 2004 sebring wiring and pcm to the neon?

 

you need to use the neon pcm...
