Not sure if anyone has checked into this anymore than I have, but i was on craigslist.org the other day searching Metropolitan areas for turbos and found some prety decent buys. I figure there'd be more of a ricer population in bigger cities. Granted you'd have to work with them to get shipping, as most are generally intended for pickup.
