Default Check engine light on solid but car runs fine

This is on a 1999 neon. Has solid check engine light. This was my nephews car and I want to sell it and want to fix the check engine light. Ran my scanner on it and it shows the following codes:

p0403 egr control circuit
p0135 ho2s heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1
p0171 fuel trim system lean bank1

I took a look at the EGR valve and it is actually not stuck. When running, I pushed it open and the engine fell on it's face as expected so it's not a matter of a stuck egr valve.

What all makes up the EGR control circuit and what can I check to narrow down the problem.

The car runs rather well. To tell you the truth, I wouldn't even mess with it if I needed the car. We have been driving it without issue for many many months. I just don't like to sell junk and want to get it fixed before selling it.

Thanks

More than likely its the transducer that went bad on the EGR.

You're right. I replaced it today and all is good. Of course, you can't just buy the transducer, had to buy the whole thing but it was easy enough to fix so no big deal I guess.

Thanks

Yep, I've done that twice now. I need to save up some money and get a Mopar PCM and then blockoff the EGR
