Just bought a 97 neon not to long ago and the clutch is ****ty lol i cant help but laugh when i drive the car wanna know how to install my new one? ima newbie as u can tell lol

Go to your local auto shop and pickup a haynes manual for $20, or get one from www.rockauto.com for $15. That book will tell you everything you need to know to work on your neon.

I also forgot to mention, go to your local library and ask them if they have alldata. Alldata is freaking awesome, they explain everything SO well. It's like the Haynes manual but better.
