ok question guys, when i start the car and its cold it will run fine, now when it warms up it starts to hesitate then finally il be just driving and then when i go to give it gas it wont do nuttin but back fire and wont even accelerate. and then when i go to start it back up it wont but finally will and when i even tap the gas it shuts off... any ideas on what it can be? its a dohc

uhmm idk i couldlt go anywhere cuz it juss stoped running so i got it towed to a garage.... what does it sound liek tho liek what sensor could it be?

 

well, completely different vehicle, but my brother was drving one day and his 99 ram did the same thing, turned out to be a near completely clogged cat. you might check it first. if your exhaust gas has nowhere to go, it gets stuck in the engine and will cause that to happen.

 

i have no cat lol can o2 sensors do that? or tps sensors?
