Radiator Fan Fuse Keeps Blowing
I noticed my cooling fan wouldn't come on and my car would get hotter than it should. I looked at the under the hood fuse box and noticed the fuse was blown for the radiator fan. The fuse is a 30 i didn't have any replacements 30 fuses so i replaced it with a 40. The fan came on that day. I just noticed about 4 days later the fan didn't come on. I checked the fuse and sure enough it was blown again. I let the car idle again and the fan came on again and than it turned off normally and than turned on and than off. So the fan seems to be functioning normally but this was the same case last time and the fuse blew later. Please let me know what the problem is. thanks
well bro first off you never put a higher fuse in then is required.you can go lower but not higher.well if you have a 30 in it now then it should be fine unless it has bad wires, sensor, or connection.good luck
