i removed the egr .it was pretty dirty .im switching out my tb this weekend with a atx tb .before i install it ,is there a way or steps to cleaning out my intake manifold due to the egr?

 

Yea, remove it. Take it to the power washer. Use the de-greaser in it first. Then use the high power water through all of it. Make sure to dry it good. I used a nickel and a quarter with some rtv sealent to block off my egr. I hate that build up you get in the intake manifold.
