hi, i just got a new short shift for my 95' and not quite sure how to install it, im sure i can figure it out as i go, but are there any tips or guides to help me out?

 

1 remove center consol
2 fold the shifter cover up exposing the bottom of the shifter
3 push out on the two plastic tabs that hold the **** on and pull the **** off
4 disconnect the sifter cables (good place for some booger bushings)
5 remove the C clip that hold the side arm and the sping to the shifter and remove the arm.
6 unscrew the three nuts from the top of the shifter and pull the handle up.
7 push the shifter out of the bottom of the housing.
