Default 96 Neon A/C Heater Blower motor

I had a newblower motor installed on my 96 neon a few months ago (the old one seized), and all was working fine until now. I checked the fuse and it was blown. I replaced the fuse numerous times and it keeps popping. The fan will work for a few seconds and then it blows. Any ideas on how to fix this, or what could be the problem?

I’d pull up a wiring diagram for the blower-circuit and check for a grounded and or loose-broken wire.

try unhooking the fan and turn the heat on if it dosnt blow the fan could be the culprit.

i had the same problem before and it was the heater blower relay which is located inside the panel where the windshield wiper motor is(yes an "oops" spot) and this relay gets alot of corrosion and couldve easily been soo corroded that its blowing fuses
