i trying to fix my fan problem. i have been searching sites and didnt really come up with anything so ill ask.
i have 97 neon it came stock with a dohc but that blow up so i put a 96 sohc motor trans wireharness and computer.
motor runs fine and all but the fans never turn on. i was reading that i mite have to swap pin 18 and pin 55 and that will fix my problem.
but i need help cuz dont feel like fliping the switch for the fan to come on.

 

You will need a 96 PCM or swap the pins as you mentioned. The 96 PCM controls the fans differently than the 97-99s.
