torque converter question.....

Default torque converter question.....

ok when i step on my car it bogs at 50 and doesnt shift i got a computer scan done and it came up something eletric torque converter thats all i can know right now.

no not yet when i scrap the body of my donar neon im buying a buddys neon thats has a 5speed in it i wanted a dohc first lol but i dont understand why the tc is messed up the car has 14710 miles on it maybe i messed something up ??? that might be the cause of the tach not working

probably torque converter lock up solenoid. its the Harness on the top side of the transmission on the left front. Its pretty much the only electrical thing on the transmission besides the neutral safety switch.

so how hard it to fix??? theres the 2 plugs on the tranny i know of a 2 prong and 3 prong i am using the factory dohc harness never unpluged it from the motor an using the stock 97 sohc harness the right side plug of the computer idk really what to do im not really know much about the tranny in the car or much about the tc or eletronics lol so im hoping someone can help me out.
