The 98 is ready to roll again after a new starter and front brake pads/rotors. The car has what appears to be a rear main seal leak, but the addition of Bars Leaks Main Seal Stop Leak seems to be ebbing the tide. If not, I guess ill be digging the half shaft, trans, clutch, and flywheel out to replace it. Fun. I hope that the stop leak helps seal her back up for now.

 

what brand pads?

 

Just some Duralast ceramic cheapies. Nothing fancy. I expect to have them changed out within the next year due to their poor wearing characteristics. That and the fact that my wife is a bit heavy with the break pedal.
