Buyer, if you arent competent enough to send the item, what do you do? You dont sell stuff to begin with OR you give a refund immediately. No bull**** childexcuses period.

Yeah lets give him a belly rub,cookies and try to understand himand give himanother chance to rip somebody off. Just because you get thrown in jail doesnt give you the right to rip somebody or not give a refund or communication at least. I sold hemi parts for 8 years and they sent me money orders or checks and I sent the stuff out as soon as the check cleared theres no excuse for this behavior, I kept in contact everyday with the people I sold stuff to and they were totally happy with that and appreciated it.

I have to disagree here. If you get thrown in jail. How do you recomend that he contacts the people he sold the parts too?

I understand the frustration/pissed offedness, BUT i also dont see how he is supposed to keep in contact of he is in jail.

 

Hey. I understand the entire thing. I have been locked up many times in my teenage years. But he pulled the money from his account, but could'nt ship the items. Thats slacking. Either he changed his mind about ripping us off and made up the story after I threatened him with legal action. Or he is telling the truth and doing the best he can. But I dont know whats true and whats not. SO its kind of a dead subject to me.

 

He gets 1 phone call when he goes to jail, he could make it to his parents and have them call the people he solds stuff too.

Also the best way to avoid these problems is to not go to jail. Innocent people don't go to jail and besides he admitted he wasn't innocent and he was stealing sodas with atorch.
