That would be really handy, I dont want to rip the steering comumn apart if its not the switch. But chances are hes right because when i flip my hazards in the buttons gotta be in a certian spot or it dont work. My biggest trouble is most of my tols were stolen and I can not find a screw driver to fit in that back hole on the bottom (I dont have tilt wheel..lol).

Well, After Trying two switches I can safely say the problem is not fixed (Whoo im 5 bucks richer! :P)

Any other ideas: Heres the symptoms again.

Vehicle 1999 Dodge Neon (Featureless). 2.0L 4 Cyl SOHC 5-Speed

* The Rear side Drivers tail lights will not flash with Hazards, Brakes or Turn signals .
* The bulb DOES come on when the head lights are on (running lights as it were)
* As far as I can tell the only bulbs that are out: Drivers side front marker, Rear 3rd Tail.
* The Other lights on the circut Work fine but blink at a high rate of speed including the indicator on the insturment panel.

I Have Done:

Replaced Fuses (15 amp and 10 amp)
Changed Switches on column.
New bulbs.

Red Text!: I do not know if this poses any extra insight, however my Fiance just reminded me of an oddity thats happened a few times that maybe has something to do with this issue or maybe not?

On occasion a couple of times, when i started my car, the blinkers did not work, the heater controls did not work, may have been other things but i couldnt tell (radio is hard wired to battery, no other features really in the car like ac and junk)

Maybe this is something that will spark an old memory

Shameless bump in other news, it helps loads if your dash board insturments are plugged in all the way.

My first shot at being an electrician.

I ran a wire from my negative battery cable all the way to the back of the car, and probed the three ground wires next to the lights ( Seems like i have two on one side and one on the other (the one is on the side that works) For a minute one of them read off the wall (displayed a 1 than running up and down numbers) after a few more tests, they were all stable at around 03.5 to around 04.9. I read this is within specs for a ground wire but does any of this sound odd or otherwise wrong? I fail with electrics to if i sucked at trying this lemme know :P
