i have a white (power) SOHC sedan atx with 129,xxx on it , hte fuel pump went bad a couple days ago and something is wrong with my headlights , im only trying to get 400$ out of it the shell is in nice shape and i have some nice 17 inch wheels for it for 300$ separte or both for 600$

Dude, the fuel pump on the 95 Neons are so easy to get at, you might be better off fixing the car and selling it for more. The headlight switch or possible fuse could be at fault for your headlight problem. Get it squared away and you could probably triple what you want for it.
