mopar egr block off plate

I recently put this on but where does the other plate go the one with the round blue gasket I don't know where it goes I have only put the one for the intake and exhaust need help.

its for a SOHC car. I'm assuming you havea DOHC? the mopar kit comes with the plates for both. I have the same one installed on my DOHC and i didnt use the one with the blue gasket either.
