Default HELP SENSORS OR NOT???

SORRY ABOUT THE PREVIOUS POST SOMETHING HAPPEND, ANYWAY i need help i change the timming belt in my 99 dohc neon and after that it gime me the trouble code 11 ( timming belt skipped tooth ) so i went to another mechanic change the timming belt with a new one and peronally verified that the timming marks were ok but it gimes me the code anyway , then i hook the scanner a gime me the code P1390 ( manufacturer controlled ignition system or misfire ) ???? so is it the timing belt out of sync or are the sensors defective how do i know if are the sensor

Timing is probably still wrong or its your cam, crank or map sensor.

how can i know if the sensors are bad is there a way to test them, and what should i be experiencing if the sensors are bad, ruff idling , bad spark , or something
