Default Bad piston rings?

Okay here it goes. The car seems to have alot of pressure when I pull the oil cap off while its running. That shoes blow by on the pistons I assume. Next the oil gets dirty really fast. I see a little oil loss. Motor sounds fine while it runs. No piston slap that I can hear. No smoke out the exhaust but the car has 2 cats, a resonator and a muffler. It takes about 5 seconds to start when it hasnt been ran for a while. Other then that if its warm it will fire right over. The engine has 76k on it. Its 9:1 compression turbo. it only runs a few pounds of boost. It also doesnt have much low end power at all and no off the line power. Its a dohc by the way. Let me know. I am not familiar with blow by on pistons. I dont want to touch the car so no compression check. Did I buy a lemon? I will go punch the guy in his head.

well the only way i know of is by doing a differential compression check (aka leak down test). Cant think of anything that doesnt require touching the car
