so i have a 98 neon. just got it out of the shop after having the torque converter and tranny rebuilt. got it home and made an awful grinding sound and heave vibration when in reverse. took it back in and they put it up on the ramp to check it out. They come up with it being a mount. Now i get it home and it does it in drive and not in reverse. any ideas??? and if it is a mount how big of a job is it?

Yea sounds like it. You check your tranny fluid levels? The tranny mount kind of sucks. THe front one kind of sucks also. Tight spaces, but its do able.
