fan problems

hey my second fan has not been coming and my car has been overheating. i've replaced the thermastat and filled her up with 50/50 coolaint so can i get some advice on why that other fan isn't coming on?

Bad fan motor probably. If one kicks on but the other isn't then I would have to target the motor.
