Should I get an iceman intake before i get the MPx 55mm TB or after the TB? Will the TB alone still produce good HP gains without a cai?

 

I would go for the cai 1st, but its real close. either way your gonna want both.

 

Before. The intake set up one the Neons are extremely restrictive and retarded. You will get a larger gain by getting the CAI than you will with the throttle body, especially if you have the larger throttle body with the stock intake.[:'(] Intake, then throttle body.
