Mainly just the cost of getting the 2.4 is it. You'll be able to run it on your stock PCM. The only thing that will be extra would be getting a pass. side engine mount from a '01 or earlier stratus (with a 2.4) and an adapter that can be purchased through Modern Performance for roughly $70. Easy change out that many people were able to do over a weekend when properly prepared.
