Is he AEM cam you are talking about a cam gear? Other things that will help will be an udp, battery relocate so as to have a real cold air intake, comp cam, afx pcm, egr block off and the a larger throttle body would help.

yes and this is a street legal car tho it would throw off a code and the cel light would be on all the time

blocking off the EGR valve doesnt help performance at all
you dont have to relocate the battery to have a real cold air intake
larger throttle body is a waste of money unless you have alot of power alredy

ok does any one have any suggestions to make my sohc auto quick?dont suggest tranny swap because i dont know how to drive standard and dont have the money to go through 9 million clutches lol...so any suggestions would help thanks

get a performance valve body for the auto transmission....thats the best way to make the car quicker without spending tons of money on a turbo
