Default think i found the problem

i was told i need a new tcc solenoid because it is throwing that code so im guessing this is what would make my tranny shift wrong?

my car is throwing a code called torque converter circuit electrical anyone know what that is i changed the neutral safety switch which solved my reverse lights to stay on in reverse but im stuck on what it could mean so if you got any idea let me know thanks
