Default 225/50/17 work?
will a 225/50/r17 work on the srt4 rim on a first gen neon and clear them ok? wat about if it has a 1.8" lowering kit?

somewhere there is a page that tells you what tires will fit and which ones will not.

225/50-17's are way too big...
a 225/45 wont even fit

to use the srt4 wheels you will need to use a 205/40-17

the absolute widest tire you can fit into the well without major rubbing is a 215/40r17. trust me, i sell tires and i tried a 225/40r17. unless you like shredded tires, stick with the 215.

215/40-17 would work, but the srt4 rim is pretty narrow...thats why you have to go with a 205/40
