Default Radio--Electronics

When I bought my '98 dodge neon it came with the mopar stock radio. I was wondering how would i go abouts to figure out how to upgrade to a mopar radio/cd player and possible cd changer. Is this possible.
Will it fit in the dash?
Be capable of plugging right up?

Thank you for all help

Regards,

neons came with three different units i guess your came with one of the cassette players. If you still want to keep the OEM head unit (HU) you can do an add on changer that transmitts signal to your radio.

Or you can replace the head unit with and after market CD player that will have many more functions that the OEM HU. in order for it to fit correctly your have to buy a installl kit like this.
dash kit

wiring harness makes install easy, just match the wires to the aftermarket unit and its plug and play.
