Default 95 in a 96 engine swap

I am in the process of rebuilding a 95 sohc engine to replace the one in my 96. My question is there any problems that would arise in the swap? any problems with wiring harness? i can remove the harness from the 95 donor car if need be. and also which computer should i use the 95 or 96? I started this know there are difference between the 95 on 96 up models but its what i had to work with.
the tranny is being swapped too , actually whole reason for this swap but i figure i might as well rebuild engine why i have everything out

the cars are
95 2dr atx no tach (donor car)
96 4dr atx with tach

Just use all your 96 sensors, intake manifold, and wiring harness and you should be golden. The biggest difference between the years is wiring harness, PCM, intake manifold and a few sensors.
