Default dtc po140

I changed the timing belt on my 1996 Neon, it runs great but after 15 miles it threw a code po140 bank 1 sensor 2 no activity. I know I lined up the timing marks right, rotated the crank twice and the marks lined up. Would this code show up if the timing was wrong? Any help appreciated.

does it effect the drivability of the car at all?
