I'm trying to put in some new speakers, and cant get the dang window cranks off either side. I'm using the tool, and it's not doing anything except flexing the door panel. Would using a heat gun do anything before it melts the plastic? Am I missing something? Just the two screws, one by the armrest, the other by the handle, then the plastic clips right?
