The reg black Pacesetter headers look like they age very quick. I've only had mine for about 6 months and it looks old already. The performance is good though. I paid 142 at Howell for mine. I wish I would have seen Modern Performance because their's are cheaper.
If I could go back in time, I would get the armor coated Pacesetter header. I'm thinking about switching to the armor coated P. header. Plus the armor coated headers retain more heat. Heat=power.

nah i prefer obx racing headers or borla headers pacesetter is not up to standard in my opinion and u get better hp gains from these headers and the obx on ebay is 200 with downpipe and it really sound nice

Default RE: headers

Probably a silly question.....
Do you need to pull the engine to get these off/on?
Are they all pretty simple to install or are there brands that fit better then others?

Default RE: headers

the actual header to the engine is the hardest because it's in the back alot hovering and squeezing the downpipe is way easier because u need to get underneath the car dont forget to have a torque wrench for the bolts and the stock gasket is better than the aftermarket one for the header to the engine the downpipe to header use the aftermerket one takes a while but well worth it
