Is it blowing oil out or smoke ???
Possibly bad rings , causing pressure blow by ... A compession test should show it ....

Thanks Bad Venge, It is blowing out oil! If it was the rings how would the oil be getting from the cylinders into the valve cover? There is no smoke out the tailpipe either.

If the rings are gone or the piston has a hole, When the cylinder fires the "explosion" impulse goes down into the block , the high pressure blows the oil out the weakest spot the filler cap ...
On the compression test the one cylinder will be near 0 compression if I'm right

Also could be a head/head gasket

No it wasent hydrolocked she had the oil drained out right away but I guess it wasnt soon enough. I went over and filled the oil and changed the pcv valve. when I started it there was no more oil comeing out the cap but I looked down and oil was running out from under the car. It looks like the front main seal blew I have to get it to my garage and jack it up and take off the wheel and splash guards so I can look and make shure.
