My brother has a Neon now, I have an all motor neon as he has the all looks and no motor neon, he wanted to hook a blow off valve or fake blow off valve up to his motor somehow, is there a real way to do this without messing up a non-turbo motor? I can remember getting a noise maker when I was in highschool that was a speaker that was mounted under the hood and spliced into the tach wire and would make the swoosh noise at high rpm. I would hate to see a determined teenager screw up his car.

 

there is a thing that goes into the exhaust to make the spooling sound, but im not sure about the blow off noise...
does he like to get laughed at?

 

yah you can buy it off of ebay for like $20 at most but that would be the way it just bolts into the exhaust

 

no way to use a BOV on an NA motor. NA maifold pressure will be a vacuum, BOVs are used to vent positive pressure.

record some BOV noise and play it at RPM
