Default Camm quest

I am thinking about buying cams for my 98 neon DOHC, I havent put an aftermarket cam in any thing befor and so I am asking for advice as to what I should look for.

I wold like to run my power band about 4 to 7

In the future I wold like to turbo the car, like in a couple years or maybe longer Idk. does that change what sort of cam I would want?

the only thing necessary for the cam swap is the titanium valve springs and retainers

do not install the cam without the valve springs and retainers...more than likely your stock valve springs are a little worn, but that's not the issue...with the new cam, it will be opening the valves further and the stock springs will not allow that. When I installed my cam, I decided to check with the stock springs. They WILL bottom out without the new valve springs...so, Valve springs is a must.
