no spark no fuel pump going on
ok i have a early 96 neon i bought a 97 neon motor for my 96 and the harness connectors for the crank and cam sensors are differnt along with the coil pack wire is differnt. i want to no can i use thoser sensors if i just change the harness connector to the right one? will that work? or do i need those sensors with the early style connector?? also i always thought that the check engine light comes on when u turnj the key then it goes off, then if u turn it on and off 3 times u can check codes, well that check ebngine light is off doenst comde on at all. i also got a plx device and r 500 usualy i can watch the volts change when i push the gas pedal down it wasnt doing that. i dont think the PCM is bad would it be? it w2orked b4 i took my old motor out like 8 months ago. i have have hahns turbo kits also igto hr 259 cams with aem pulley and a modern ur pulley, high stall converter, trans rebuilts with red engale kit and manual valve body. until i finsh building my new engine u i got stock enginei with all the bolt ons on it. help me out i want to start this dam engine.!!!! right now i got stock mexhaust manifold on it to just get it started but all the bolt ons are on it except for the turbo and manifold. please help me asap
yes, it will work changing out to the right plug...on my harness, i got male and female connectors before each harness so I can change them out depending on what year sensor/coil pack I happen to be using.
