Neon wiring harness

I have a 99 Plymouth Neon that has cooked some wires and I can get the wiring harness off a 97 Dodge neon for free,are they compatible?

95 = compatible with 95 only
96 = compatible with 96 only
97-99 = compatible with 97-99 granted the motors/trannys are the same
