? about an exhaust

i have a 1995 2 door coupe with a dohc motor in it and im gettin a 97 2 door coupe sohc will the exhaust off the 95 fit and bolt up rite to the 97

the header wont fit but the rest will the holes on the dohc header are setup different then the sohc ones

only the cat-back part will work.
