Default RPM gauge studder

The arm on my RPM gauge will randomly studder when I'm driving.. Is this the "solder problem" or something else. Everything else works fine.

Alright, I'll have to get another solder gun since my ebay one fell apart lol. The cluster was fine in my old car so chances are its a loose connection maybe.
