struts?

Exclamation struts?

I am interested in the kyb gr2 struts just seeing if they are worth the money and how hard it is to replace the struts someone said i might need a coil spring compressor is that right i dont have my car lowered or anything its a 96 plymouth neon base line so any help would be great thanks

You can rent a coil spring compressor from auto zone or take it to your local shop. they would be able to do it for you.

Take an hour per side tops with air tools. If you dont have air tools, you will have a long effing day... Compressing the springs takes about half an hour of ratcheting per spring, and it's not easy. If you dont have an air tool to zip the strut mount nut on, you use a large 1/2" drive spark plug socket, with a long 10mm 1/4" drive threw the center of that.
Make a few chizel marks around the bottom of the strut to locate it before you disconnec the strut from the kuncel, because the new struts will be slotted for crash adjustments.
